DECEMBER
2007 NEWSLETTER
Dear Parents
Many thanks to
everyone who sent in parcels
for Operation Christmas Child. Your
kindness has insured that 80
children in Eastern Europe will
celebrate Christmas that much
better. It has also given our
children the opportunity to
appreciate the quality of their own
lifestyles.
Please take a note of dates of
important events that are happening
in the school over December. I would
like to highlight Wednesday 12th
December as the younger children are
presenting “The Nativity” at 1.15pm.
We wish them well in their
performance.

Quiz and
Raffle
Many thanks to
everyone who supported our Quiz
Night and bought tickets for our
raffle. Over £1100 was raised to
support the FOSA in providing the
many extras that our children
receive.
It was great to
see so many new faces and indeed
“older “ faces there. As usual the
night was orchestrated by Quizmaster
Tony Bannon and as usual he had the
ultimate say!
Thank you again
to those who donated gifts for the
raffle, the Halfway House, the FOSA,
Tony and Dan and to everyone who
bought/sold tickets or attended the
quiz.
